Can I buy just one suitcase from a set?
No, our sets are sold complete only and cannot be purchased individually — this is exactly what allows us to offer a better price than buying the same suitcases separately. Only our cabin cases (XS, 4-wheel and 8-wheel sizes) are available individually.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from France. Estimated time: 24/48h after the order is received.
Are the wheels 360°?
Most of our models are fitted with 360° wheels (4 or 8 wheels depending on the model), which turn freely so the suitcase rolls flat through corridors and terminals. Details are listed on each product page.
Are the locks TSA-compatible?
This information is listed on each product page. A TSA lock allows customs officials (particularly in the US) to open the suitcase without forcing it.
Is the XS size accepted by all low-cost airlines?
Our XS size (about 40 × 30 × 20 cm) matches the under-seat baggage dimensions accepted by most low-cost airlines (Ryanair, easyJet, Transavia…). As these rules change regularly, we recommend checking the dimensions allowed by your airline before you travel.
